Ada Bell Webb, 106, of Double Springs, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, at Hendrix Health Care in Double Springs. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 8, at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Double Springs with burial following at Mt. Ebron Cemetery.

She was born Nov. 27, 1897, in Double Springs, the daughter of the late Manuel and Della Cockrell Tyra.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Kathern Long, Cherokee; Willie Smith, Lake City, Ark.; Maxine Bross, Longview, Miss.; son, Fred Webb, Double Springs; brother, Arvil Tyra, Texas; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
