NAUVOO--Arthur F. Martin, 67, of Nauvoo died May 24 at Double Springs Clinic. He was a self-employed laborer.

Funeral services were held May 28 at 2 p.m. at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Officiating ministers were Bro. Ollis Chambless and Bro. Vance Hutton.

Survivors include his wife Floy Martin; two sons James Quinton and Harold Martin; five daughters Kathryn Proctor, Jewel Atchley, Doris Wilson, and Peggy Alexander; two brothers Frank and L.C. Martin; five sisters Dena Berry, Fredis Smith, May Martin, Vodine Hart, and Perline Gossett; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
