Mrs. Betty Snow Dead. May 25—Last Monday about 10 o’clock Mrs. Bettie Snow, better known as “Aunt Bet” died at her home near Nauvoo after a long illness. She was laid to rest yesterday in the Mount Ebron Cemetery. A large crowd attended the burial. We extend sympathy to the bereaved. [Frances E. Snow, 17 Nov 1848 – 25 May 1909; buried Mt. Ebron Baptist Church Cemetery] Note: Frances E. Snow was wife of T.W. Snow of Company A of the 1st Alabama Cavalry, USA.
