Double Springs - Mrs. Mattie Elizabeth McCullar, 71, Double Springs 3, died Tuesday, March 7, 1972 in Burdick-West Memorial Hospital in Haleyville. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Mt. Olive church in Winston County. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Officiating ministers will be Rev. Vandiver and Rev. Leon Greathouse. Collins Funeral Home in Jasper will direct. She is survived by her husband, Earl S. McCullar, four sons, Lowell McCullar, Clanton; Morris l, Billy and Allen McCullar, Double Springs; five daughters, Mrs. Eloise Waid and Mrs. Juanita Jones, Birmingham; Mrs. Erlene Bell and Mrs. Eva Jo Belle, Double Springs; Mrs. Shirley Vandiver, Okeechobee Springs, Fla; 23 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Julia Mae Riglow, Houston, Tex; five brothers, Ben Daniel, Double Springs, Orrin, A. C., Bartley and Loyd Daniel, Malvern Ark.
