    2. We now have HeritageQuest access at the archives.
    3. Our book meeting dates have been changed to the first Monday night of each month at 5:30 and the third Tuesday night of each month at 6:30.
    4. The road marking project is moving along. We have 25 signs that will be ordered soon with a publicity meeting at the county commissioners’ meeting tentatively set for March 15th. All society members need to attend if possible.

IV. New Business/Upcoming Events:

    1. We may just order the copies of our upcoming book through Lulu.com and sell them ourselves. We will decide on that as the time approaches. The tentative book title is Early Winston Roots, Vol. I: Stories of an Alabama County. It will be a paperback book, roughly 8.5 x 10.75.
    2. The society has found a new set of articles in the Advertiser-Journal titled "Winston Whirl-Arounds."
    3. Ronald is not doing the taxes this year. Dianne will check on getting a CPA.
    4. The March issue of the "Trail Tracker" is out.
    5. Hee-Haw show will be at the Haleyville Elementary School Cafetorium on March 19th and 20th.
    6. Robin Sterling’s new book on early newspaper excerpts will be out soon. The society agreed for him to have his books for sale at the archives, including copies of his other work in Blount and Cullman Counties.
    7. We will work on cleaning the Old Lovett Cemetery sometime this summer.
    8. The University of Alabama generously printed us a map of Hancock County in 1856 for display in the archives.
