Mrs. Armstrong Burned To Death. Quoted from the Winston Herald.


While out assisting her husband in fighting a forest fire which was about to destroy their fencing, etc., on Thursday of last week, Mrs. Emmitt Armstrongs' clothing caught fire and she was so badly burned that she lived only a few hours. Emmitt Armstrong lives over in Lawrence county near Gum Pond.--Winston Herald.
