Oliver (b.1859 d. 1930) and Edna Morrison Oliver (b.1828 d.1920) were the parents of Thomas J. and 3 other sons who were: James Mark (b.1886 d.bef.1930), John Walter (b.1889 Ga. d.1944 Al.) and Isaac Columbus (b.1895 Al. d. 1962)my grandfather. Any information on ANY OLIVERS would be appreciated very much. These Olivers were born and raised in and around Calhoun-Etowah Co. in Ala.
: OLIVERS originally came S.C>Ga.>Ala>Tx. Don't know for sure where they immigrated from but probably Ireland or Scotland (according to family heresay)

My Gr-Gr-Grandfather was Jesse Rudolph Oliver born 1844, who married Mary Elizaeth Hooper .They were in Dekalb Co.& Cherokee Co.Thier daughter Mary Lucy Ann Oliver married William Henry Moore,my great-grandparents.They are buried in Antioch Cem.near Double Springs.My Moore family was from Etowah Co.Al.I will check my papers but I believe Jesse Oliver married Lucy Oliver in
in Dekalb Co.Jesse Oliver's parent's was Henry Rudolph Oliver & Mary Caroline Broyles..
