My grandfather James Solomon Barber died in 1933. I am looking for the names of his parents. No one seems to know anything about them other than his mother was cherokee Indian who had moved back to the reservation in NC. James Barber is buries at Littleville cemetary in Needmore. I would appreciate any help on this matter. I am going to join the society even though I live in Florida. I would like to leave some history for my grandson.
