Senior Clarence Berry, 73, of Haleyville, died May 19 at Carraway Burdick West Medical Center.

Funeral services were May 21 at 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home with Glenn Bridgmon and Ronald Hodge officiating. Entombment followed in Winston Memorial Mausoleum.

He was born Oct. 26, 1928, to James Monroe Berry and Ada Pugh Berry in Delmar. He served in the Air Force, and was retired from Chrysler Corporation. He was a member of Sardis No. One Missionary Baptist Church, and was a member of the U.A.W. Local 1183. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Monroe Berry, five sisters and two brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Tidwell Berry; children Jimmy Berry and Davy Berry, Haleyville; Marty Berry and Joseph Berry, Russellville; and Danny Berry, Bear Creek; seven grandsons, and six granddaughters.
