Aged Lady Passes

Mrs. John F. Curtis 81, formerly of Haleyville, died early Wednesday morning at the home of a daughter in Birmingham.

The funeral will be held in Haleyville Thursday afternoon at 2 O'clock with interment being in the Haleyville cemetery.

The deceased has been a member of the Baptist Church for a great number of years and has bee a consistent Christian. She is survived by four sons and three daughters, including Joel T. Curtis, Haleyville, Mrs. W. A. Bates, Jasper; J. M. Curtis of Strykes, Ohio; Mrs. Wm. Nailen, Steve Curtis and Mrs., H. B. Williams, of Birmingham and Howard Curtis of Florence.

Rev. Mims, pastor of the First Baptist Church will conduct the funeral services.
